From railway contracts to a $2M product portfolio.

I started my career managing AMC operations for Indian Railways at a small firm: inventory, scheduling, vendor management, payments, all hands on. From there I moved into tech support for major web hosting brands under Newfold Digital, where I learned what customers actually struggle with before I ever tried to build for them.

That grounding shaped everything after: five years personally owning a 69-product portfolio at Packt Publishing, building an HR and ops function for a national NPO in parallel, and now co-founding a business consultancy helping companies expand across borders. Different domains, same throughline. I get close to the problem, then build the thing that solves it.
